Where did the Just a Lil Bit Dance trend start?
The song is Just a Lil Bit, a 50 Cent single from 2005. The Just a Lil Bit dance TikTok wave took off in November 2025. On 7 November the dancer Cale Brown (@calebrownn) posted a clip of three men in dark streetwear on a rain-wet court with autumn trees behind them: they stand still, heads down, then bounce, tap and kick in sync for the whole hook. The caption was just 50. By late October 2026 it had over 150 million views.
Also called Lil Bit dance, Just a Lil Bit challenge, or 50 Cent Just a Lil Bit dance. Other routines use the same song — a duo by @lisiandfabi and later four-person takes — but the viral trio on the wet court is the cut this TrendShot template follows.
What the Just a Lil Bit Dance video looks like
The camera stays still, the shot never cuts, and the three dancers move as one:

| 2 to 7 s | Small steps and heel taps, hands loose by the waist, a shoulder groove. |
| 7 to 10 s | Arms swing up to the chest, then one leg kicks forward and you lean into it. |
| 10 to 15 s | A low groove with toe taps, hands at the chest, and a hand up by the head at the end. |
