Terms of Service

The service

TrendShot (https://trendshot.online/) lets you upload a photo and generate a muted 9:16 AI video from a fan-made template. Using the site means you accept these terms.

This page does not list a company registration number or a street address. Contact is support@trendshot.online.

Packs and price

Packs are one-time Stripe Checkout payments. There is no subscription and no TrendShot account. An email Stripe asks for at checkout is not a TrendShot login.

One successful generate spends 30 credits. The price is the same on every template. You see the price before you pay.

  • Single: $8.99 for 30 credits (1 video).
  • Party Pack: $21.99 for 90 credits (3 videos).

Browser pack

A paid pack is a signed cookie on the browser that checked out. It lasts about 30 days from the latest new purchase. It does not move to another browser or device. Clearing cookies removes it. We cannot look up a pack by name, because there is no account.

The same paid Checkout is counted once. A repeat notice for that payment does not add the credits again.

Your photos

You confirm you have the rights to every photo you upload, including permission from any person in the photo. Do not upload illegal content. Photos are sent to the generation provider to make the video you requested. Details are in the privacy policy at https://trendshot.online/privacy/.

Exports and templates

Exports are muted 9:16 video. You add TikTok or other audio yourself.

Templates are independent and fan-made. They are not affiliated with CapCut, TikTok, or the original creators of a trend.

Failed generations

If a generate fails, is rejected, or is canceled, the credits for that attempt return to the same browser pack. That is a credit return. It is not an automatic refund of the card charge. If a payment was charged in error, email support@trendshot.online and include the email you used at checkout.

Acceptable use

Use the site to make your own clips. Upload only photos you have rights to use.

Results

AI video can look wrong, miss a detail, or fail. A failed job returns the credits for that attempt. TrendShot does not promise views, virality, or a particular likeness. The service is the site as it runs today.

Changes

We can update templates, the price of future purchases, and these terms. The date at the top of this page is the latest revision. A pack you already paid for keeps the credits that purchase granted until the browser cookie expires.
