What is the parrot dance trend?
The parrot dance is a TikTok video of green parrots in tiny white diapers dancing in sync inside a wooden barn, while one parrot dances right up at the camera. It was posted on October 21, 2026 by the creator @kennyslowbird, who makes AI animal videos, and it spread fast: within a week thousands of TikTok videos were tagged #parrotdance.
The music is Jamaican (Bam Bam) by HUGEL and Solto, a take on Sister Nancy's 1982 Bam Bam. That is why people also call it birds dancing to Jamaican or the parrot dance class. A day before the barn video, the same creator posted a few parrots dancing on a beach at sunset.
What every version has
A wooden barn, rows of green parrots in white diapers, a floor-level camera, and one lead dancer at the front setting the bounce, flap and spin while the flock copies. The barn, the flock, the camera and the moves stay the same; the dancer at the front comes from your photo.
