What goes wrong, and how do you fix it?
| What goes wrong | How to fix it |
|---|---|
| Faces look warped or mixed up | Use sharper front-facing photos with even light. Avoid sunglasses, heavy filters, and extreme angles. |
| Generate button stays locked | Buy a credit pack first. Stripe must mark the session paid before /api/generate unlocks (402 until then). |
| Job failed mid-run | Credits spent on that job are returned automatically. Try another photo or wait a minute and retry. |
| Clip has no audio | Expected. Every export is silent — add the TikTok trending audio in the app after download. |
| Wrong aspect ratio on phone | Export is fixed 9:16. Upload the MP4 as a TikTok/Reels video, not a photo post. |
